William attends the 6:30 a.m. classes with his lovely wife Judive.

 

When William is not at CrossFit he runs a successful piano moving business and plays bass and guitar in various jazz ensembles.



When we asked William what he likes best about CFME this is what he said: “CrossFit Meriden is the most reasonably priced CrossFit around. I’ve been with CrossFit since 2016 and enjoy Meriden for its available class times and space. In addition the instructors are good and the people are friendly.”
